It's a Thursday right now and I clearly don't know what to do really, since today is a half day there's not much going on outside of exams and nothing has happened really in the last few days to warrant a long detailed post like I usually do. Yesterday was pretty eventful so I'll talk about that and some side stuff. Since yesterday was my first and second class exam, I decided to leave early because after 2nd I didn't have anything else after that and the school allowed us to leave, because I heard through a teacher that they weren't checking for attendance after the period was over. I only had to do one exam though because the day before I got my 2nd period exam out of the way because that class is 90% seniors and it was field day for them so there was literally just me and another senior who didn't leave so the teacher let us take our exams pretty early. It was fairly easy too because it was the exam he'd given us last semester. So the only exam I was able to do was 1st, and then I did nothing in 2nd that time, which was fun because I got to try VR and that was very fun to do. Albeit it was the end of class so I didn't get to do it much, still fun nonetheless. I decided to go home last minute because I asked a friend and he agreed to take me home, so I got home at 11 AM instead of 4:30 PM like I would've on the bus, which I don't have to ride again for the rest of the year thank god, but it is the final day I suppose, ugh. As soon as I got home I immediately got on the computer and played Postal 2 which was fun to do, love that game, I recently downloaded a bunch of mods and one of them happen to be sandbox which opens up the game making it more free roam, and everything is unlocked and unlimited making it a really fun game to play, moreso than the original story mode. After that I opted to clean my room after watching a ton of YouTube because I felt like it so I did, really fun to do honestly, than I continued to get ready so there's that. I never mentioned why I was getting ready was I? Well, it's nothing that special but I've been holding it in for so long and I'm surprised I haven't said this before but, and hold your amazement bucko because I can barely contain it myself... Here we go... Ready? Are you sure? You better, because this is gonna be amazing news... 3... 2... 1............. I AM GOING TO SEE JPEGMAFIA LIVE. This is incredibly huge for me as this man is literally a legend to me, I've been watching his performances non-stop and they've all been incredibly mind-blowing to me because he's such an energetic person on stage and I can not WAIT to see him live. It's only in a few hours too so it's like, ultra exciting. Everything this man has done has been nothing short of amazing, and even his worst projects are somehow really good. I have nothing but respect and admiration for his body of work so being able to see it live is just, words can't express how I feel, it's so surreal. I remember one night in late 2018 I was scrambling around on the internet and somehow found Veteran, and gave it a listen and I was frankly amazed about what hip-hop can be, and the fact it's THIS sound specifically, it felt like everything was tuning into the right place for me. Then I got to the song about Morrissey. That was a game changer for me and my small musically developed brain, I never knew you could directly title songs like that, and then I dug deeper and deeper and fell into a JPEGMAFIA rabbit hole, and I've been in one since. He's my favorite artist probably living, that used to be Kanye West, and believe me, he's still as legendary to me as he ever was. But JPEGMAFIA is something else. His production, visuals, sound, everything, it's all amazing. I can legitimately go on and on about my love for his music and his different aliases and side projects or how I think he might be the best producer ever and all this mumbo jumbo, but I'll spare you because that post would probably be loooong. I am just amazed he's even in my state, let alone a city I can get to without much of a problem. I'm just, floored really in the greatest way possible. I'm really sorry for the ramble about JPEGMAFIA and his music but I can't believe I've gotten this opportunity and I can't wait to take advantage of it. It's like all those years of my favorite artists stopping by Tennessee and going to Nashville instead, or everywhere but the state. I'm glad it's led up to this though, I really need this right now too. Getting out more and doing things, and to a JPEGMAFIA show nonetheless. I'm gonna continue on with the post as I have more to say and less time the more I write about JPEGMAFIA. After I got ready I decided to stop by Pizza Hut but they were close and ended up getting Papa John's, and I stopped by Walmart and headed back to get Papa John's which was literally like 8-5 minutes before closing, so I'm glad I did that. I got to where I was staying and ended up taking a shower at 12:30 am, which isn't the best time but it got done at least and I also clipped my nails, which I do every few months (disgusting, I know, I'm really sorry) and shaved. The mirror where I'm staying at is one of those ones with bright lighting so I was able to get everything on my face just fine, which was helpful because like, it's all smooth. I don't think I mentioned this but I hate facial hair. I think I mentioned this in a blog post back in April in the same post where I went to see Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and then played Godzilla (ding!) Pinball at an arcade, speaking of which I have the card still, I might play it at some point again. After that though I went to bed. Speaking of Godzilla, I decided to wear my Godzilla 2000 shirt on the final day. No reason why I just felt like wearing it. I was gonna wear it to the concert and then bring my Godzilla 2000 Blu-ray for JPEGMAFIA to sign but I ultimately ended up not deciding to wear it mostly because it's gonna be sweaty and crowded in that so my best option is, well a white t-shirt. I also decided to get the back of my phone signed if possible because that's probably for the better, that and I don't want a Blu-ray to get drenched in sweat, at least my phone can handle sweat okay enough. I'm at school right now so I'll have to go soon but I did my history exam and got a 100 thankfully. I have English then I have the concert and some other things, before I go though I wanted to mention that I didn't write about the other days because, well this is more exciting than that but also because there's literally nothing to talk about, I watched Dead Sushi by Noburo Iguchi and thought it was just fine, funny at times. I'll see myself out now though, this post is already long as is. See you in the next post, have a blessed and great day as will I.
