As I turn 18 in a few days, everything in life comes to me in a weird, melancholic way. It's amazing how easy a person's emotions can change, it feels like a switch that you can turn on and off every few hours, if not minutes. I'm afraid of turning 18, I'm not sure why, but it's a feeling I can't begin to explain, and if I try, I easily can get my words confused. It's been a while since I opened up Blogger to make a blog post but I feel comfortable enough to just, type away. About what? I'm not really sure, but it's fun to make a blog post every once in a while. I was supposed to make a post Friday but unfortunately got wrapped up in something I quite frankly didn't want to. I'm unfortunately finding less and less to write about what I'm doing at school, as it's pretty boring and mundane right now. The most I can talk about is my coding class in which we wrote some code to execute a very simple Tic-Tac-Toe program and it was pretty fun, it wasn't like we had to code line by line, which would've been miserable since there's specifically 94 lines of text to write for something that basic, but instead we had spots where we had to fill in the blank, it was fun! I really like HTML and to some extent coding, so I'm pretty excited to see where this class goes and takes me, as this semester we're going over the very basics in HTML which I have a pretty good grasp on. Not much has happened since the last blog post unfortunately but that's also, not really a big surprise. As expressed before, I start school pretty soon, like in 2 weeks soon, and I'm kind of stress, I went shopping today for a backpack and it started to smell like the outside of the school and it kinda just hit, it's back soon, and I don't know what to think, it's been a fast summer, I mean, really. I watched a lot of films and bought a bunch of Blu-rays and dug around with some games and stuff so I'm very happy I was able to do that, this is the last summer I can do that since after this year I have to deal with college stuff, so I'm gonna consume a bunch of random media whilst I can, I started playing Sonic Generations after going through a rough hour or two, missing files, not starting properly, configuration, all that stuff. I finally figured out the problem and that's I had to turn off the anti-virus protection and not redownload the steam dll file...

God, it's been a LONG time hasn't it, I'm really sorry. I would make up some type of excuse and say "Oh, I'm really busy!" or something like that but genuinely let's face it, that's not the case, I'm just really lazy to write a long form post like I usually would do, now with that being said let's talk about a few things! Monday I went to the park, and I swung, which I love to do, I don't do it much unfortunately and I wish I did it a lot more often but I never feel determined too, I listened to a lot of Sematary during this and it was fun, everytime I swing I get a ton of ideas flowing and it helps me with a clear mental state which helps me a lot with my creativity, and this time wasn't any different. It's been a while, sorry about that. I was gonna write a blog post yesterday but I ultimately ended up forgetting too but some cool stuff happened so there's that! What's first, well, I'm happy to say I'm now the new proud owner of the World Of Wong Kar-Wai Blu-ray set! I was gonna wait until June to get it but since I had the money and I felt incredibly impatient I decided to jump the gun now and get it, I'm very glad I did because it's truly a great set. I was set to get it today but unfortunately Jeff Bezos had to send his little goblin minions out later than planned and now it's set for tomorrow. May God release fury against him and the ones he loves, but I'm glad I'm getting it regardless because it's an amazing set and having it in my hands would be incredible. It's been a while since I've done a post like this so if everything seems awkward that's my fault, I need to do this more but I have decided I'm gonna use this time to talk about something I've noticed. Well it's a few things, but most notably negativity. It thrives so often it's slowly becoming a part of people's daily life, mine included. I noticed it immediately when I was going through k-pop fan tweets and was suddenly reminded of the low morals of some of the people who are anti-fans of some groups, most notably LOONA, and I genuinely felt awful after reading some things and I don't want any part in it. Now it doesn't stop ther, obviously, with the advent of music fanbases. Hello, it's been a few days and for that I wanna say sorry, but it's been a worthwhile few days. For starters, the JPEGMAFIA concert. That was genuinely the most fun I've had at any event and I'm so happy it was for my favorite rapper, and the fact it was on my final day of school as well, it genuinely felt everything at that point was coming together, just for the record, 80% of the post will be about this show. I ended up at the venue at 4:43 PM and we waited in line until the doors open, then we had to go to the back of the line because I forgot my ID, which was disappointing but I still got a good spot nonetheless which I'm thankful for. I noticed throughout the line a lot of people had graphic tees on, most notably the Veteran tee, which I never saw until now in person so that was cool, and I also saw some extra stuff like an American Psycho shirt and a Tommy Wright the 3rd one too. I've had a lot of testing so there's some sort of excuse, although yesterday I was out all day and could've had all the time in the world to watch a Godzilla film or write a blog post but I thought since it was a free day I'd thought nothing of it, and rightfully so in my honest opinion. The last post I made about state testing is true but I feel I should write something in the mean time to keep my mind afloat, things have been a mess recently and I'm not sure how to get it out of my system outside of this blog, now I'm not gonna rant about my problems here as most of it is personal and that's just not really interesting to read, in my eyes at least. On top of it just being helpful for me to be in the right headspace for once, it's been a chaotic mess for the past few days, and life in general. Hey so you guys know how I have been constantly talking about Godzilla in like every single post? Expect that to skyrocket by 200% because I have completely became obsessed with this franchise and everything it is to offer. I finally found the Kaiju Wikipedia (better known at Wikizilla) and I have been browsing it for hours at a time. I'm genuinely obsessed with these movies, I've learned so much stuff on there too like how there was gonna be a Godzilla movie where he meets God and was going to be the final movie in the Showa Era, unfortunately it never got passed the pitching phase. I would kill to see that, I would do everything in my power to get that made, hell, I'll even self produce it if I have to. I would do ANYTHING to see that get made. You know what's tiring? Spending 3 hours in a class, regardless of what you and how much you like the class. You're going to be tired regardless, as was I yesterday and how I am today most likely. I wish I had some type of grasp on why they went this route for the schedule but I'm genuinely lost considering every other altered schedule is 2 hours in one of the periods, so 3 hour classes are a strange decision, considering I don't think any of the tests are that long from what I can remember from when I did them. I should preface this that my state is doing state tests this week, which, fun, it's not that they're bad to do or anything, but more of a, "oh". It's kind of hard to put into words what I mean right now so that's why this reads an incomprehensible ramble, but the again most of the blog posts are just that. Did you guys know Pizza Hut has that Big Dinner Box meal? Yeah it's a great deal, 25 bucks for 2 medium deep dish pizzas, bread sticks and wings. It's pretty nice to get if you eat pizza regularly or you can't be bothered to cook in the slightest, for me, I get pizza every Thursday. Since I eat that much pizza it should be noted I am probably an expert in what's the best and what isn't and what is, and for the case of Pizza Hut, it's probably the best. No question. The pieces I had were small but very fulfilling, which is what I expected from a deep dish honestly, so I'm glad to know I'm not mistaken. Overall a, 8/10? It's not the best experience with pizza but god damn is it great. Something interesting happened yesterday, not really but that's a good opening sentence to catch someone's attention. I started to read Uzumaki by Junji Ito and, to be honest, it's possibly some of the best media I have ever read. Presumably I don't really read much, even though I'm a writer. Junji Ito's art style has always been visually appealing to me for some reason, the way he draws the characters and the area surrounding them is always fascinating to look at, on top of a thrilling and exciting story (in terms of Uzumaki , that is), it ties it all together to be a really great read in general, and I'm pretty excited to finish it today. I've only read 12 chapters out of the 20 published, so I'm gonna do a little speed reading later this morning. It's all visually appealing though and keeps me intrigued, I really wish western media incorporated more manga elements... I'm thinking of graphic novels aren't I? Yeah, I am. Either way, it...
